What other visionaries and social entrepreneurs say.

"It is quite amazing work well done by Carissa for marginalized young people in northern Uganda. It's a great opportunity for those with less skills to become self-reliant and contribute to their communities. We are committed to join hands together with Carissa in order to improve the lives of the marginalized".
Wasswa Patrick, UGANDA
Executive Director-Kayunga District Youth Network &
Founder-Kayunga Charity Initiative
“Being called ‘Aguu’ which literally means useless is not a pallatable reference. Most marginalized young people are victims of such stereotype. Carissa is a unique initiative that affirms such discriminated and stigmatized people by empowering them through entrepreneurship and leadership skill training so they become useful in society”
